Cereals are the best breakfast foods
WRONG!
Refined cereals like corn flakes are nutritionally not very valuable. They are easily digested and quickly converted to sugar. Satisfaction only lasts for a very short time, causing severe hunger feelings by morning tea time.

Salad dressings have to be avoided at all cost
WRONG!
The French are a prime example of how salads can be used to reduce the impact of rich food. In the French eating culture there will not be a meal without a big salad for starters - with dressing. Dressings make salads much more tasty and attractive and the vitamins, fibre, volume and appetite suppressing effects of the salad are much more of an upside than the small downside of the dressing, when there is only a small amount of it stuck to the salad anyway.
