Body Mass Index is the ultimate indication of whether or not you are overweight
WRONG!
The Body Mass index was introduced largely for the American Population, so that they could relate their height to their weight. This index does not take into consideration how much muscle a person has. Using BMI an athletic person can come out as obese.

Body weight does not really matter, so long I feel good
WRONG!
The "feeling good" can be an illusion which can be kept up for many years. In the absence of physical exercise and major acute health problems, most people can feel quite good with their excess weight because they have adjusted their lifestyle to accomodate it.
